Staff Management | SMX is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented associates to perform 100% quality inspections on manufactured plastic products at our client facility in **Macedonia, OH** in a warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity to start in a quality-focused role with potential for long-term growth!

The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm for project-based work until completion. Upon project completion, associates may transition to long-term production roles (12-hour shifts, 3 days on/3 days off).

Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Inspect and sort small, hand-sized parts and require a delicate check

+ Must meet productivity goal of sorting a minimum of 10 boxes (160 parts per box) per shift

+ Sorting finished goods for quality based on training

+ Sorting finished goods in a timely manner

+ Able to read and interpret written information

+ Follow policies and procedures

+ Regular attendance and punctuality

+ Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a plus, but not required

Requirements: Background Check, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
