About The Role:
The role is to provide support to the IPM Client Solutions team. You will partner with the business and the internal marketing team on development and production of tailored, winning tenders to clients. This role requires the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple shareholders including clients, pull many separate pieces and parties together to deliver excellent materials on specific timelines.
This role is based in New York, NY USA.
What You'll Do:
+ Act as project coordinator through the IPM prospecting phase, liaising with the IPM Sales and USCS Client Intelligence teams.
+ Conduct customer research and due diligence on prospects as required, creating information packs in collaboration with USCS Client Intelligence.
+ Support the development and maintenance of IPM G2M materials, in collaboration with Product and Central Marketing.
+ Act as project coordinator through the IPM V1 business case development phase.
+ Liaise with clients on sharing, storage and analysis of highly confidential materials, scheduling workshops, and running weekly SteerCo meetings.
+ Provide the IPM Solutions team with project materials, including all workstream workbooks and resultant workstream actions, all SteerCo and internal recommendation materials.
+ Support the narrative development and storyboarding of proposals and V1 business case including identifying client win themes, and coordinate with workstream leads on compiling supporting narrative.
+ Provide iterative design support for workshops and business case materials.
+ Attend workshops where possible to aid in facilitation and to capture recurring themes and action items.
+ Prepare appropriate documentation and handover for PMO at the point of transition kick off.
+ Ensure final documents are of the highest quality through thorough editing and proof reading.
+ Proactively stay up to date with CBRE, industry knowledge and innovations, allowing this knowledge to improve IPM opportunities and outcomes.
+ Contribute to materials to promote internal cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation.
+ Form relationships with functional and product managers who will be supporting IPM Solutioning efforts.
+ Work with the IPM Sales team to develop systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the solutioning process.

+ High school diploma (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Math qualification.
+ Higher educational qualifications to a Bachelors degree would be beneficial, especially in sales or marketing.
+ Very proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
+ Experience of using InDesign and Finance Support Systems.
+ Experience of a similar role in a medium-sized business. Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
+ Excellent command of the English language demonstrated through good verbal and written communication. Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to work systematically and use own initiative. Able to work on more than one task at any given time. Must demonstrate strong listening skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
+ Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and promote a sense of team spirit and good morale within the office.
+ Confidential approach and discrete. Must be able to influence others, and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
+ Reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own timeline requirements. Calm manner able to work under pressure and against constantly evolving demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for theSales Support Senior Manageris $130,000/year and the maximum salary is $145,000/year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
