Job Purpose:
The VP of IT – Technical Services and Data & Analytics Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple core global IT services. This role drives innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the Technical Services portfolio (networking, compute/storage, cloud hosting and collaboration, end-user computing, service desk and field support). The role will also drive innovation and operational excellence across the data and analytics services globally. The role demands a visionary leader with proven technical expertise, operational excellence, and a strong ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Job Elements:
Oversee global IT Infrastructure and Operations (Service Desk, Site/Field Support, Network, Compute, Storage, Cloud Hosting and Collaboration) that support the enterprise globally. Ensure IT systems and operations are optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance across divisions and regions.
Lead enterprise Data and Analytics services strategy and operations focused on delivering solutions with velocity and leveraging emerging technologies. Ensure the D&A services meet the needs of all divisions and regions by enablement of key business capabilities.
Lead the enterprise forward with AI technologies by partnering with divisions to achieve greater operational efficiency, business model and customer reimagination.
Partner with global business leaders to understand needs and translate them into technology solutions. Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Provides strategic leadership and direction for global IT operations and enterprise-wide data and analytics services. Leads geographically distributed teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Strategic Leadership
• Ensure reliable and highly available global IT services using best-in-class service level management practices, adapting to changing business requirements.
• Drive enterprise-wide Data and Analytics strategy, including governance, architecture, and integration with related systems and technologies.
• Execute global IT strategy to support business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation by translating enterprise vision into actionable initiatives across IT operations and data services.
Talent and Organizational Development
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing IT teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Direct global teams to effectively implement and deliver technology solutions supporting business goals and strategic objectives.
• Effectively identifies critical roles and skills needed for future IT initiatives; Fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation, including establishing programs for upskilling, reskilling, and career pathing.
Operational Excellence
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions that address enterprise needs and differentiated business capabilities.

Data and Analytics Leadership
• Lead enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, including governance, architecture, and advanced analytics.

Financial and Vendor Management
• Develop and manage multi-million-dollar IT budgets, drive service delivery efficiencies and support technological growth initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.

• Partners with business units to align technology roadmaps with business capabilities.
