The **Oracle Systems Technical Manager** has responsibility for all aspects of the Corporate ERP system for Supply Chain and the execution of strategic and tactical projects. Assist with oversight of all systems planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security, and infrastructure for the Supply Chain platform. Manage and direct activities of staff based on the business priorities while ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines.

+ Collaborate with Leadership, peers and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop and implement systems and support structure for Supply Chain system.

+ Develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India.

+ Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud with a proprietary backend .net system.

+ Monitor key organization requirements such as the daily execution and distribution of information. Direct any corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.

+ Review and approve all application design customizations and associated integrated applications with other systems.

+ Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.

+ Other Duties as Assigned

+ BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or related field

+ Masters degree preferred

+ 5+ years of experience in a similar position

+ Experience with implementation of large Oracle Cloud ERP systems – Supply Chain suite.

+ Strong communication skills, problem solving, strong attention to detail
