Job Description: Your Impact

Are you energized by driving results and making every interaction count? As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be the connection point between our customers and our experts, elevating customer experiences while keeping our field representatives' schedules running with precision.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

+ Drive results by handling inbound and outbound calls that turn leads into scheduled appointments.

+ Own the schedule by coordinating and managing field representatives' calendars for maximum efficiency, minimal conflicts, and on-time appointments.

+ Exceed the standard by hitting and surpassing goals for lead conversion, appointment retention, and customer satisfaction.

+ Build trust by communicating clearly and personally with customers.

+ Team up for success by collaborating with fellow coordinators and field reps to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.

Qualifications: What You Offer

+ Must be at least 18

+ Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, scheduling or coordination responsibilities preferred

+ A history of reliable and consistent job longevity

+ Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
