             Description Qualifications, Education, and Experience + Bachelor's degree in engineering, Master's a plus + 5-7 years of paper machine experience with managerial & leadership background + ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product + Solid working knowledge of engineering processes and related manufacturing + Experience using Microsoft Office Suite + Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information + Exceptional time management and organization skills.
