Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include assisting the Manager of Social Services with admissions, making discharge referrals, contacting families and residents with admission information; and providing tours to families and residents. In addition, the secretary fulfills secretarial duties for the Social Services department, which include completing DSS-3559 forms, scheduling RCC meetings, ordering office supplies, and maintaining Resident and Family Council minutes. Meets with families and patients to complete admission packet. Demonstrates SPHCS Standards of Behavior.
Per diem works for registration every other weekend and a couple days as need weekdays.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
+ High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred or additional business preparation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
+ 2-3 years' experience in customer service and administrative support.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pay range: $18.50-$23.73
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
