    BGS Supply Engineering is seeking an **Associate Manufacturing Planner** to join our team of planners out of the Spares Distribution Center supporting the Repair Station in **SeaTac, WA** . You'll collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, AOG, Tooling and Suppliers to define repair plans and configurations.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

    + Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

    + Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.

    + Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.

    + Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents.

    + Interrogation of 787 LWG and IVT models for part identification and build requirements.

    + Review and interpret 2D legacy drawings for part identification and build requirements.

    + Work closely with supplier management, logistics specialist and purchase agents to coordinate part acquisition.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + 2+ years of related work experience.

    + Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

    + Experience in a role that required excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders

    + Experience in a role that required the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes in a fast-paced environment

    + Willing to work overtime as needed to support production (weekday and alternating weekend overtime)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Experience with build plans and workarounds

    + Experience with any and all aircraft commodities (Structures, Electrical, Tubing, Interiors, Etc.)

    + Experience with CMES, PDM, CAPP, REDARS, STEPS, SAP

    + Ability to apply existing skills, learn post-production repair planning and contribute with minimum supervision

    Summary Pay Range: $60,350- $81,650
