    Job Description

    Primary Location:

    Kalispell, Montana

     

    Pay starts at $18.00 hourly, DOE

     

    Merchandiser: Displays beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas of store to attract customers. Provide exceptional customer service.

     

    + Arrange products

    + Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.

    + Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.

    + Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.

    + Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.

    + Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.

    + Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.

    + Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.

    + Ability to organize competing priorities, resolve customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.

    + Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

     

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

    + Effectively communicate and present information one-on-one or in small groups.

    + Perform math functions: interpret rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds unassisted, and occasionally lift/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds using a hand-truck or other manual lifting device.
