Sales Manager- Sage Intacct Accountants Program
Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive growth for the Sage Intacct Accountants Program (SIAP). This role is responsible for generating revenue through direct sales, assigned business partners, and certified consultants while leading a team of partner account managers to close opportunities, maximize results, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is a HYBRID role based on-site three days per week in our Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of partner account managers, setting direction, providing coaching, and driving high performance.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, migration to cloud and native cloud solutions, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Collaborate with assigned business partners and internal teams to close opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and execute both “sell to” and “sell through” strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Mentor and monitor sales managers to ensure consistent performance, accountability, and professional development.
• Partner with leadership to establish sales goals, track results, and optimize processes for efficiency and impact.
• Operate in a transparent, metrics-driven environment where financial performance is highly visible and personal accountability is expected.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of sales leadership and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of accounting firm dynamics and the SaaS solutions selling landscape.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable operating in a highly measurable, results-oriented environment.
• Ability to articulate and execute both direct and partner-driven sales motions.
