We are seeking a dedicatedCare Coordination Supervisor (Non-Clinical)to oversee a team of adult and children care coordinators and ensure that clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate support.
Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Care Coordination Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative supervision to a team of care coordinators who assist clients in navigating behavioral health and community-based services. This position focuses on program oversight, staff development, compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring quality service delivery. While this is anon-clinical role, the supervisor plays a key part in ensuring that care coordination activities meet the needs of clients and align with program requirements and will work in collaboration with the Agency’s Clinical Supervisor.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position located in our Wilton Office.
Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in care coordination, case management, or behavioral health support services.
+ At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and care coordination best practices.
+ Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.
