The Office Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for office operations, overseeing administrative workflows and acting as a resource for the team. This includes full responsibility for all scale duties to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
+ Perform general office administration duties to include answering phones, processing paperwork, preparing and sending FedEx & UPS packages, ordering supplies and other similar duties
+ Willing and able to cover scale and/or cashier positions
+ Calculate payment amount, prepare and issue payment to commercial customers, ACH customers and third-party freight reconciliation
+ Report radiation events to state as applicable and maintain records
+ Research and resolve ticket errors
+ Maintain vehicle purchasing documents including maintaining online reporting such as LEADS or KBI error connection
+ Maintain ATM, quarter counts, EZ cash and ATM functionality
+ Ensure facility is maintaining correct compliance documents such as authorizations, scrap acceptance agreements, compliance documents, waste documents
+ Coordinate with local law enforcement to assist with theft reporting
+ Assist with month-end closing documents and regular auditing of position related forms
+ Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed
+ Weighs, purchases and calculates payment for all purchased materials
+ Organize and maintain safety and environmental records
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Two years experience with general office duties (i.e., phones, customer service, ordering supplies)
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service and handling multiple projects.
+ Ability to provide professional verbal and written communication,
+ Possess organization and time management skills
+ Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependeability, consistency, and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
+ 6 day work week- Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 7:45am-12:30pm
Preferences:
+ High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
+ Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, and Word with a willingness to learn in house systems.
+ Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
