    Basic Job Functions:

    Vulcraft-Nebraska is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Sales Coordinator in our Vulcraft Sales Office located in Overland Park, KS. This position will provide administrative support to the office in a variety of functions including:

     

    + Take care of our customers

    + Effectively communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email

    + Efficiently manage bid documents and procedures for the team to produce job bids

    + Facilitate purchase order documentation and correspondence

     

    Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Experience using Microsoft Office

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience using SAP software

    + Experience in the construction industry

    + Experience with contract documents and FTP sites

    + Experience using Bluebeam software
