Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a EDI Specialist to join their team. As a EDI Specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the EDI Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** EDI Specialist

**Location:** Scott County, IN

**Pay Range:** $65000 - $75000

**Shift:** Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm EST

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and monitor the flow of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, orders, and advance ship notices.

+ Investigate and resolve EDI-related software issues within specified timeframes to ensure seamless operations.

+ Serve as Level 1 support for all EDI issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating when necessary.

+ Manage and coordinate EDI projects such as onboarding new trading partners, implementing mapping changes, and system enhancements.

+ Collaborate with suppliers and partners to implement and verify mapping updates, maintaining EDI standards and mapping structures.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP

+ Proficiency in EDI standards and mapping, especially in retail/wholesale sectors.

+ Understanding of EDI mapping structures and integration processes.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose EDI issues independently.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
