    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and research sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Program Manager III to join their dynamic team. As a Research Program Manager III, you will be an integral part of the Research Risk team, supporting global initiatives that drive impactful research on privacy and risk management.     **Job Title:** Research Program Manager III

     

    Pay Range: $70-$80 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and facilitate research programs by working closely with researchers and vendors to generate consistent user feedback and insights.

    + Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.

    + Support the research team through the contract process, including reviews and stakeholder inquiries, to ensure timely project execution.

    + Proactively coordinate research initiatives with key vendor partners, maintaining legal and financial compliance across all projects.

    + Develop and refine processes to improve team efficiency, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within research or UX teams.

    + Proven ability to operate independently, deliver results, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to different audiences.

    + Experience working with research and/or UX design teams, vendors, and global collaborators.

    + Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and a collaborative mindset.
