Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Manager

**Location:** Cleveland, Tennessee

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations.

+ Implement and manage maintenance processes to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.

+ Supervise a team including a facilities supervisor, maintenance supervisors, and technical staff.

+ Coordinate with vendors and manage plant capital projects to ensure timely completion.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain complete maintenance records.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least eight years of relevant experience.

+ Proven leadership experience in a food or manufacturing environment.

+ Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.

+ Experience with PLC and logic controls for high-speed equipment.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

•Cuál será tu trabajo?

+ Supervisar la reparación, mantenimiento e instalación de maquinaria, herramientas y equipos en operaciones de fabricación.

+ Implementar y gestionar procesos de mantenimiento para maximizar la vida útil de los equipos y la eficiencia operativa.

+ Supervisar un equipo que incluye un supervisor de instalaciones, supervisores de mantenimiento y personal técnico.

+ Coordinar con proveedores y gestionar proyectos de capital de la planta para asegurar su finalización oportuna.

•Qué necesitas?
