    **Job Title:** Multiple Manufacturing & Skilled Trade Positions – Immediate Openings

    **Location:** Bristol, IN

    **Job Type:** Full-Time

    **Starting Pay:** $20/hour (Overtime Available)

    We are a growing trailer manufacturing company seeking skilled and motivated individuals for multiple full-time positions across various departments. **Previous experience is required** . If you have experience with power tools, blueprint reading, or leadership in a manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!

    Available Positions:

    General Roles:

    + Final Plumb

    + Trim

    + Roughing (Power tools & tape measure experience)

    + Parts Prep (Blueprint reading required)

    + Swing Shift (Experience in Plumb / Electric / Trim)

    + Floor Department

    + Material Handler / Picker

    Lamination Department:

    + Hot Melt Operators

    + General Lamination

    + Set-Up (Construction experience preferred)

    Urgent – Immediate Need:

    + Trim Group Lead

    + Final Finish Group Lead

    + Plumb / Electric Group Lead

    + Final Electric

    + Trim

    Requirements:

    + **Previous experience required** in manufacturing, construction, or related fields

    + Ability to read blueprints (for select positions)

    + Comfortable using hand and power tools (for applicable roles)

    + Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

    + Leadership experience required for group lead roles

    Schedule:

    + Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

    + Overtime available
