    Overview:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support a Global Trading team within a fast-paced energy trading environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front-end and back-end development and a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with a Quantitative Analytics group to develop data products, models, and visualizations that directly support trading operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain full stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies

    + Collaborate with quantitative analysts and internal stakeholders to build data products and visual tools

    + Ensure code quality, reusability, and automation best practices

    + Contribute to the design and optimization of scalable, high-performance solutions

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular

    + Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, or similar

    + Experience working with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to evolving priorities

    + Ability to manage workloads under time pressure

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Understanding of market data, trading systems, or financial instruments

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    + 5+ years of professional software development experience

    + Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies

    + Proven experience building and supporting data pipelines and performant databases

    + Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization

    + Experience with Databricks and Snowflake

    + Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)

    + Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (React preferred)

    + Full-stack development experience with familiarity across database systems

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Innovative problem-solving approach

    + Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly

    + Customer-focused collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
