    Our client, a leading organization in agricultural production, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing and processing department supporting seasonal harvest, seed packaging, warehouse operations, and plant maintenance. The ideal candidate will have reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Technician

    **Pay Range:** Compensation is based on shift and experience, with a suggested pay rate starting at $19.50 per hour plus shift differentials and potential attendance bonuses.

    **Shift:** Multiple shifts available, including Day (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Afternoon (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), and Night (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Flexibility and availability for all shifts are preferred.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and support seed processing equipment, including dryers, shelling, and packaging machinery.

    + Assist with harvest activities such as unloading trucks, sampling, and crop inspection.

    + Maintain safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures.

    + Support warehouse operations including forklift driving, staging, and shipping seed products.

    + Participate in general plant upkeep, cleaning, and 5S activities to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Reliable transportation to the work site and strong attendance record.

    + Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, work outdoors, and stand or sit for extended periods.

    + Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and rotational shifts as needed.
