    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembler I

    **Location:** Olean, NY

    **Pay Range:** $17.25

    **Shift:** 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce arresters using hands or tools

    + Work at a steady pace under close supervision to ensure quality standards

    + Utilize safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection during work

    + Participate in onsite hearing tests for new hires

    + Complete training on the first shift (6am-2pm) during the initial week

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

    + Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

    + Willingness to work on first and second shifts as scheduled

    + Must wear safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection as required
