Job Description:

About the job:

+ Schedule is 7 on 7 off; 12 hour shifts

+ Full time Hospitalists work 14 shifts in a 28 day cycle

+ Part time Hospitalists work 7 shifts in a 28 day cycle

+ No hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges.

+ Open ICU but pressors, vent management and procedures are done by a 24 hour intensivist team.

Requirements:

+ Ideal candidates should possess strong academic credentials including residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

+ Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Massachusetts

+ Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

+ Candidates should be hard-working, dependable, collegial and professional.
