    Robert half is excited to partner with a GROWING company in South Dayton for their Sr. Accountant opening. The Sr. Accountant will handle all facets of accounting for multiple businesses using QuickBooks and cash basis accounting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounting for multiple businesses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks for cash basis accounting.

    • Handle accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations.

    • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.

    • Assist external accounting firm with tax preparation and compliance.

    • Identify opportunities for financial optimization and cost-saving.

    • Collaborate with teams across various businesses to support their financial needs.

    • Adapt to evolving business requirements and contribute to process improvements.

    Requirements

    Requirements::

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    • Proven experience in small business accounting, preferably managing multiple entities.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and cash basis accounting.

    • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

    • Creative problem-solving skills and an open mind.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
