• Front Desk Coordinator

    Robert Half Office Team (Azusa, CA)


    Description

    We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to support our team on a part-time, temporary basis through the end of the year. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also handling a variety of office support tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

    + Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.

    + Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    + Assist with light invoicing and basic data entry.

    + Coordinate office lunch orders and manage deliveries.

    + Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining supplies.

    + Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.

    + Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

    Schedule:

    + Part-time, 20–25 hours per week.

    + Temporary assignment through Robert Half, expected to run through the end of the year.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.

    + Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor.
