    Job Title: Parts Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team on a 2-month contract. The role involves picking parts, packing boxes, and potentially making cables, with training provided for all tasks. This position may also include some shipping duties using FedEx and DHL.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and pull parts from work orders received.

    + Wrap parts in plastic material and package them.

    + Box/package products accurately and efficiently.

    + Use a forklift as needed.

    + Perform general warehouse duties.

    + Create FedEx labels and label boxes (training provided).

    + Engage in some inventory and stocking tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in labeling, warehouse packaging, and picking/packing orders.

    + Customer service-oriented approach.

    + Ability to perform parts inventory.

    + Familiarity with shipping procedures using FedEx and DHL.

    + Mechanically inclined to facilitate cross-training.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to pass a drug test.

    + Experience with order pulling is a plus.

    + Willingness to work overtime.

    + Some heavy lifting may be required.

    Work Environment

     

    The Parts Associate will work in a warehouse environment, where heavy lifting may be required. The facility is open, which means it can get hot during warmer months, but we provide breaks and refreshments like water and Gatorade to ensure your comfort.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
