Job Description

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain equipment following safety and procedural guidelines.

+ Assemble products according to specifications, conduct quality checks, and document production data.

+ Safely handle materials, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety protocols.

+ Accurately record production data, utilize computer systems for tracking, and maintain logs.

+ Collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to operate equipment and troubleshoot issues.

+ Interpretation of technical documents.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

+ Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and software navigation.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Technical or vocational training is a plus.

+ Ability to perform inspections and lift heavy objects.

+ Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Work Environment

Our headquarters are located in South San Francisco, but you must be open to working in Fremont. The job features a unique schedule: training occurs from 8 AM to 5 PM, followed by a rotating night schedule. Work hours are from 6 PM to 6 AM, Sunday to Wednesday, with Wednesday being every other week, or from 6 PM to 6 AM, Wednesday to Saturday, again with Wednesday every other week. The role is based in a lab environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of South San Francisco, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76900.00/yr.
