    Job Title: Structural Welder

    Job Description

    In this role, you will complete MIG welding on housing units by following blueprints to set up, clamp, and tack weld. This involves creating custom-sized racks and houses through precise MIG welding techniques.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints for layout design and welding tasks.

    + Set up and prepare materials for welding by clamping and tack welding.

    + Perform structural MIG welding to assemble units following design specifications.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG welding.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience in structural welding and fabrication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in pipe welding and fabrication.

    Work Environment

     

    The work is conducted in a large manufacturing building where units are built in teams of 3-4 people. The environment is fast-paced and well-lit, with a focus on cleanliness despite the nature of the work. There is no air conditioning, but fans are used to maintain airflow. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are mandatory attire.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Ramsey, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $45760.00/yr.
