Job Title: Construction Worker

Job Description

Join our team in the commercial construction industry where you will engage in a variety of tasks including operating machinery, cutting, measuring, installing, and building. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of offices, churches, schools, and new homes.

Responsibilities

+ Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and skid steers.

+ Perform carpentry tasks including rough and finish carpentry.

+ Conduct concrete pours and finishing.

+ Install doors, walls, and flooring.

+ Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.

+ Engage in demolition and drywall tasks using a tape measure.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in construction and excavation.

+ Experience with carpentry and heavy equipment operation.

+ Ability to use power tools and perform concrete pours.

+ Skilled in door installation, rough carpentry, and flooring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with finish carpentry.

+ Ability to operate backhoe and skid steer.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Montgomery, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
