Job Title: Quality Inspection Technician

Job Description

The role of a Quality Technician involves inspecting and ensuring the quality of food handling processes.

Responsibilities

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure food quality standards are met.

+ Identify and report non-conforming products or processes to the Manager.

+ Document inspection results and quality checks accurately.

+ Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities.

+ Participate in production processes to maintain quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in visual inspection and quality control.

+ Ability to identify non-conformities and take corrective actions.

+ Proficiency in quality inspection and assurance techniques.

+ Experience in food handling, either in a restaurant or food manufacturing setting, for at least one year.

MUST HAVE:

+ Ability to multitask effectively.

+ Food handling experience (restaurant experience or food manufacturing facility)

+ Experience in documenting inspections and quality checks.

+ GMP knowledge

Work Environment

The position is based in an indoor, cold/refrigerated facility. The work environment is focused on maintaining high-quality standards in a temperature-controlled setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
