    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    + We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team.

    + In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery including printing presses, rewinders, and sheeters.

    + You will perform setups, changeovers, and minor maintenance tasks.

    + A key part of your role will involve reading technical drawings and schematics, handling materials, and ensuring production quality in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain machinery such as printing presses, rewinders, and sheeters.

    + Perform setups, changeovers, and minor maintenance.

    + Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

    + Handle materials and ensure production quality.

    + Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Pay

    + $25-27/hour based off of interview and previous work experience.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47236.80 - $54516.80/yr.

     

    This is a DIRECT HIRE position meaning you will be offered a full benefits package, along with 3 weeks of vacation. There is great advancement opportunity with the company, up to a level 6 operator making upwards of $28+/hour.

    This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
