Job Title: Staff Engineer (Entry-Level)

Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Staff Engineer with 1–2 years of experience—or a new graduate ready to launch their career. This role blends technical design with cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to structural engineering, design analysis, and project integration. You’ll work closely with our sales team to ensure design solutions meet client needs and engineering standards. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities

+ Partner with the sales team to incorporate design analysis into project proposals and execution

+ Evaluate and fulfill structural design requirements across diverse projects

+ Perform hands-on structural engineering tasks, calculations, and documentation

+ Flex between roles and responsibilities based on daily project demands

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk software and core structural engineering principles

+ FE/EIT certification

Preferred Skills & Attributes

+ Strong interest in pursuing a PE license

+ Completion of advanced coursework in structural engineering

+ Familiarity with MATLAB for engineering analysis

+ Open to new graduates and interns graduating soon

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
