Quality Inspector – Join a Team That Values Precision and Excellence

What You’ll Do

+ Perform **visual, dimensional, and functional inspections** on mechanical and electrical parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies during receiving, in-process, and final stages.

+ Identify and document **nonconforming materials** , and submit findings to the **Material Review Board (MRB)** .

+ Generate and follow up on **corrective action requests** for internal teams and suppliers.

+ Maintain accurate **quality records** and inspection documentation.

+ Collaborate across departments and with regulatory agencies to ensure **compliance** with FAA, EASA, ITAR, and other standards.

+ Conduct **First Article Inspections (FAI)** and document results per **SAE AS9102** .

+ Support **root cause analysis** and implement **corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA)** .

+ Provide feedback to suppliers and internal teams to drive **continuous improvement** .

What You Bring

+ Experience with inspection tools: **calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go/no-go gauges, CMMs** , and other measurement equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret **blueprints and schematics** .

+ Familiarity with **SAP ERP** or similar systems for recording inspection results.

+ A proactive mindset—more than just sorting parts into “good” or “bad,” you’ll be part of the solution.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

+ Knowledge of **ISO9001/AS9100** standards.

+ Experience with **PPAP** processes (PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage Capability, etc.).

+ Experince in **aerospace, automotive, or medical device** industries.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
