If you have experience with die cutters, flexo presses, gluer machines, or offset printing, this is your chance to grow your career in a company that values craftsmanship and innovation.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate straight-line folder gluers and other essential equipment.

+ Set up, change over, and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth production.

+ Work with die cutters, flexo presses, and offset presses to produce high-quality packaging (beer boxes, food containers, pet food packaging, and more).

+ Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

What You Bring

+ Hands-on experience in gluing or die cutting within a manufacturing or graphic packaging environment.

+ Familiarity with machines like flexo, roll cutters, rotary gravure, and sheet-fed die cutters.

+ Bonus points for experience with Heidelberg, Koenig & Bauer (KBA), Komori, Uteco, or Tresu equipment.

Work Schedule

+ Choose between **day or night shifts** —no rotation required.

+ Expect **12-hour shifts** , typically from **6 AM to 6 PM** or **6 PM to 6 AM** , with some weekend work.

+ Average **60+ hours per week** , offering strong earning potential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Booming with business and is considered essential. Recently won large contracts. They are in the process of adding new equipment and adding slitters, gluers and printers

This is a fully onsite position in Sandston,VA.
