Intermediate Architect/Project Architect – High-End Interiors & Workplace Design
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days in-office, Fridays remote)

We’re seeking a talented Intermediate Project Architect to join our collaborative studio and play a key role in delivering innovative, high-end interior environments. About the Role
As an Intermediate Project Architect, you’ll support and lead aspects of design development, construction documentation, and coordination with consultants. You’ll translate design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop design drawings, construction documents, and coordinate with consultants.
+ Conduct site surveys, due diligence reports, and building code reviews.
+ Interpret design concepts and translate them into workable construction drawings.
+ Evaluate alternatives to maintain technical and design quality.
+ Perform Construction Administration duties, including site visits, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and change orders.
+ Communicate regularly with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on objectives, schedule, and budget.
+ Prepare and deliver design and technical presentations for internal teams and clients.
+ Participate in marketing efforts, including client presentations.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
+ 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
+ Experience in Workplace, Retail, or Media/Broadcast projects preferred.
+ Design & Construction Documents development.
+ Proficiency in Revit; hand sketching is a plus.
+ Knowledge of construction materials, standards, and codes.
+ On-site construction field experience required.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
+ Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
+ Experience with high-end interiors (not standard retail or basic aesthetics).
+ Familiarity with client-facing roles and presentations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
