Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a hyperscale data center project. This role is ideal for candidates with strong field and office coordination skills, looking to grow within a high-performance construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with pre-construction planning, including crisis management, site logistics, and safety plans.
+ Manage and oversee subcontractors and suppliers, lead daily huddles, and coordinate job site activities.
+ Collaborate with the Project Management team to adjust and maintain the project schedule.
+ Write RFIs, and track procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with project-specific quality control standards.
+ Maintain and update on-site documentation and logs.
+ Monitor budget alignment and escalate issues to the Project Management team.
+ Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and Pull-Plan Sessions.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
+ Support and promote standard work and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
+ 3–5 years of construction-related experience, preferably on large or complex projects.
+ Proven ability to work with subcontractors and manage field and office coordination.
+ Strong verbal, written communication, and leadership skills.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Computer literacy and familiarity with construction software tools.
+ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in data center construction or other mission-critical environments.
+ Two- or four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
+ Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Current OSHA 30 certification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo,ND.
