Description

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the site under the guidance of the Site and Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and logistical support for subcontractor activities.

Serve as a liaison between the Site Manager and various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Engage with contractors to support project execution and resolve on-site issues.

Provide administrative and operational support to team members as needed.

Oversee inventory and stock management to ensure availability of necessary materials and components.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards.

Manage schedules, organize project files, and ensure timely updates.

Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, and visitors, representing the site professionally.

Perform data entry and handle administrative tasks including copying, filing, faxing, and mailing of project-related correspondence and documentation.

Adhere to all site safety regulations, coordination protocols.

Execute general administrative and organizational duties on-site to support project efficiency.

Track components and purchased parts to ensure timely delivery and usage.

Assist in preparing and communicating daily and weekend work plans and activity schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
