Currently Hiring Experienced CNC Machinists in Colorado Springs

**Pay Range:** $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

Shift Options:

+ **1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM (includes 10% shift differential)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a high-performance team working on advanced machining projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on work with state-of-the-art equipment, solving complex challenges, and contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate CNC and manual machines, including Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC

+ Perform prototype machining, R&D, and reverse engineering

+ Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize machines for maximum efficiency

+ Inspect finished parts to ensure high precision and quality standards

+ Conduct routine maintenance to keep machines in top condition

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Track job costs and ensure projects stay within budget

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior machinists

Qualifications

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment

+ Strong lathe operation and machining skills

+ Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints

+ Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

+ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
