Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Technician for 2nd & 3rd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join our team at a food and beverage facility in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, 3-phase motors, and 480v systems.
Schedule & Pay
2nd Shift: 3PM-11PM **(will train on 1st Shift)**
3rd Shift: 11PM-7AM **(will train on 1st Shift)**
3,2,2 rotating shift
Pay: $27-$35/hr
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Maintain and repair 3-phase motors and 480v electrical systems.
+ Handle control valves, pumps, and AC/DC electrical systems.
+ Utilize electronic testing equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, and oscilloscopes.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and perform basic MIG welding and fabrication.
+ Work with automated machinery, including peeling machines, slicing machines, fryers, ovens, weighing machines, palletizing and packaging machines, and conveyors.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on mechanical systems.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
+ Experience with electronic testing equipment.
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
+ Basic welding skills, particularly MIG welding and fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in food and beverage or agricultural settings.
+ Experience with production maintenance and preventive maintenance.
+ Mechanically inclined with the ability to document work orders using a tablet and CMMS.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures average between 80-85 degrees due to the presence of ovens. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided to ensure efficiency and safety.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $71000.00/yr.
