•** **_What You’ll Do_

As a **Packaging Operator** , you’ll be hands-on in the production of extended shelf life (ESL) dairy products. You’ll operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensure product quality, and support other areas of production.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot packaging equipment

+ Clear line jam-ups and restore production flow

+ Perform ongoing quality control checks

+ Operate bailer, trash compactor, and foamer

+ Support other production areas and begin cross-training

+ Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols

+ Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces

+ Communicate effectively across shifts and departments

+ Ability to apply basic to advanced math

+ Strong communication and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
