Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will work on the production line ensuring adherence to all safety and SFQ rules. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production process.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and maintain production line equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety and SFQ regulations.
+ Assist in the production and packaging of food products.
+ Participate in general labor tasks such as stacking and organizing materials.
+ Follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production, food manufacturing, or general labor.
+ Ability to follow instructions carefully and work diligently.
+ Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No specialized training is required.
+ Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wet, slippery conditions.

Work Environment
Our facility is subject to temperature variations, typically 20-30 degrees hotter than outside. Shifts are from 6:20am-6:30pm and 6:20pm-6:30am, requiring work six days a week. You will work under the direct supervision of a supervisor or lead, ensuring a structured and safe environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
