    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on **machine maintenance.** This role requires expertise in both **electrical and mechanical troubleshooting** within an industrial environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and identifying root causes of electrical failures.

    + Perform **high voltage (40%) and low voltage (60%) electrical troubleshooting** on components such as **controls, 3 phase motors, sensors, and VFDs.**

    + Execute mechanical troubleshooting and repair of **pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.**

    + Perform conveyor maintenance and respond to breakdown calls to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions for repair.

    + Conduct tasks within the CMMS (SAP) and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    + Rebuild **mechanical and electrical systems.**

    + Follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and ability to diagnose electrical failures independently.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot power circuits and motor controls.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting skills with pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + **PLC troubleshooting** skills.

    + Robotics troubleshooting abilities.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
