New Hire Utility Operator

We’re looking for motivated, mechanically minded individuals to join our team as **New Hire Utility Operators** . In this role, you’ll get **paid, hands-on training** to operate extrusion and tube mill equipment, handle aluminum products, and support production across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

+ 🔄 **Learn & Rotate** – Train in multiple roles before specializing in one department.

+ ⚙️ **Operate Equipment** – Assist with extrusion or casting machinery while meeting quality standards.

+ 🛠 **Hands-On Work** – Perform machine operation, quality checks, packing, and inspection.

+ 📋 **Stay Sharp** – Report unusual conditions to leads or supervisors.

+ 🤝 **Team Up** – Work closely with your crew to hit daily production goals.

+ 📦 **Material Handling** – Move materials safely using forklifts and hoists (training provided).

What We’re Looking For

+ 1–2 years in **manufacturing, production, or related work** .

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine operations.

+ Experience in **material handling, quality control, or assembly** .

+ Strong communication skills for documentation and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.31 - $20.31/hr.
