    Our Lewisville client has immediate openings for experienced **Machine Operators** at our manufacturing facility conveniently located in Lewisville, TX. This client is a world-class manufacturer in the food and beverage industry and offers co-packing as well as private label manufacturing at our north Texas manufacturing center.

     

    If you have experience working in the food industry, operating equipment on a production line, and you are looking for a chance to join an excellent team ---- then we are looking for you **NOW** ! We currently have openings on our **powder** lines (Universal/Viking/Ropak).

     

    As a Machine Operator on our 2nd shift, you will be responsible for proper machine operation, trouble-shooting, routine maintenance, control of finished product, and documentation of all required quality and performance parameters of the machinery and production line.

     

    Candidates should have 2-5 years direct experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Additional requirements include the following:

     

    + Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations in accordance with cGMPs

    + Strong mechanical and maintenance background

    + Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment in a timely manner

    + Equipment cleaning, routine maintenance and trouble-shooting mechanical issues

    + Proven history of good attendance and adherence to safety rules

    + Quality inspections of finished products prior to packing

    + Communication with supervisor(s) relative to quality, mechanical or personnel issues

    Ideal candidate:

    + Looking for Hot fill, Powder Line, DiePak, and Labeler

    + Food and cosmetics a plus

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Military ideal and encouraged

    + Trouble shoot, proactive, root analysis

    + Knowledge of moving equipment, convers, fillers, sensors, HMI Screens

    + Bilingual is a plus

    + Have a Powder line or and Hot Fill a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    + 10-hour shift

    + 12-hour shift

    Experience:

    + Machine Operation: 2 years (Required)

    + Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
