Position: Physician Assistant – Outpatient Pain Management
**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Direct Hire
**Location:** Fayetteville, NC (Rotating Clinics)
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide advanced clinical support in outpatient pain management and spine/joint care. This role offers the opportunity to rotate between multiple clinic sites in the Fayetteville area, allowing you to work closely with different teams while remaining locally based. The PA will collaborate with physicians and CRNAs to evaluate patients, assist with procedures, and manage treatment plans in a highly supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
+ Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures within licensed scope
+ Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
+ Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians
+ Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care
+ Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
+ Active Physician Assistant license in North Carolina (or eligibility prior to start)
+ Graduate of an accredited PA program
+ Current NCCPA certification
+ National Provider Identifier (NPI)
+ Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
+ Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
+ Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred (but not required)

**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
