Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Outbound Department
**Pay Rate:** $16.50/hour
Are you looking for a steady opportunity with a growing clothing company? We’re hiring **Warehouse Associates** for our Outbound Department to help pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care.
Schedule:
+ Rotating shifts: **Thursday – Saturday, every other Wednesday**
+ Week 1: 4 days (Wed–Sat)
+ Week 2: 3 days (Thu–Sat)
+ Hours: **4:30 AM – 4:30 PM**
+ Training schedule: **6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift)**
Responsibilities:
+ Pick and pack orders according to company standards
+ Accurately handle clothing merchandise for outbound shipments
+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
Requirements:
+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs**
+ Comfortable standing for up to **12 hours** per shift
+ Reliable and punctual
+ Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
+ Team-oriented with good communication skills

**Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
