    Now Hiring: Patient Benefit Representative

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Patient Benefit Representative** to support patients with rare and orphan conditions. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team focused on improving lives through compassionate care and expert coordination.

     

    **Location:** Onsite Cary, NC

    **Pay Rate:** $20–$22/hour (based on experience, education, and location)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct benefits investigations and adjudicate pharmacy claims

    • Communicate with providers regarding prior authorizations

    • Manage inbound calls from patients, clinics, and providers

    • Coordinate medication refills and delivery scheduling

    • Document patient interactions with accuracy and professionalism

    • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant service

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings

    • Experience with insurance eligibility and prior authorizations

    • Strong communication and multitasking skills

    • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

    • CPhT certification preferred, but not required

    • High school diploma required

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
