    _Hours: October: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Friday - 7:30-4pm, November: Mon/Wed - 7:15am to 3:45pm, Tues/Thurs./Fri - 7:30- 4pm_

     

    Contract opportunity- 6-8 weeks

     

    Pay Range: $28-$35/hr. DOE

    What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers in Action):

    + Be the **first smile** patients see when they arrive – greet, guide, and get them where they need to go.

    + Master the phones like a pro – answer, screen, and route calls with confidence and care.

    + Schedule appointments like a boss – for new, returning, and everything in between.

    + Help patients navigate the world of authorizations, referrals, and insurance without breaking a sweat.

    + Manage records, maintain accuracy, and keep things flowing behind the scenes.

    + Channel your inner detective – solve minor patient issues with empathy and efficiency.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + A **high school diploma or GED**

    + At least **1 year** of hands-on experience in a similar healthcare or customer service role.

    + Mad multitasking skills and the ability to pivot quickly when needed.

    + Comfort with computers (Microsoft Office = your buddy).

    + A calm, kind, and collected presence – even when the phones are ringing off the hook.

    + Bonus points if you know your way around medical terminology.

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
