    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented **Shipping Clerk** to support our clients operations. This role is responsible for filing documents, receiving purchase orders, generating sales orders, and shipping customer orders. The Shipping Clerk will also contribute to daily KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting to help track and improve operational performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + File and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving documents.

    + Receive and process purchase orders in a timely manner.

    + Generate and manage sales orders using internal systems.

    + Prepare and ship customer orders according to company standards.

    + Participate in daily KPI reporting and performance tracking.

    + Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

    + Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or administrative support preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
