    We are seeking a talented Project Architect to lead Retail Architecture projects from inception to completion, with a focus on car dealerships. The role involves handling specific technical details and design aspects of assigned projects, including investigation, evaluation, and architectural design recommendations. You will participate as a key member of the project team, contributing to all aspects of project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents, and coordination of consultant scopes.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage technical details and design aspects of assigned projects.

    + Collaborate with the project team on project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents.

    + Assist in managing client expectations.

    + Coordinate communication between the project team, sub-contractors, and other disciplines.

    + Ensure construction documents align with design intent.

    + Conduct code analyses and act as the primary contact with jurisdictions.

    + Perform submittal reviews during construction and maintain RFI and submittal logs.

    + Supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience using Revit.

    + 5-10 years of experience in an Architecture background .

    + 5+ years of experience in Commercial or Retail Architecture.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

    + Experience in creating architectural drawings for commercial or retail spaces.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Registered Architect preferred.

    + Bonus Program.

    + 15 Days PTO - Accrued.

    + Support for exams to become a registered Architect.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
