Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced narrow web Flexographic Press Operator with a experience in the printing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flexographic press machines and demonstrate the ability to efficiently run these machines.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and maintain flexographic press machines with expertise.

+ Perform regular preventive maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance.

+ Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines efficiently.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality printing production.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience as a press operator in the printing industry.

+ Proficiency in running flexographic or narrow web flexographic machines.

+ Strong organizational skills and a positive, dependable attitude.

+ Ability to perform maintenance on press machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a maintenance role with press or flexographic machines.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints related to production.

Work Environment

This position operates in a non-climate-controlled printing facility that specializes in producing labels for clients in the oil industry and hazardous warning labels. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with occasional hours on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based south of Olathe.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $59280.00/yr.
