IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst, Senior (Enterprise Asset Management)
Are you passionate about solving complex problems and building technology that keeps critical operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a Senior IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst to ensure the performance and reliability of enterprise systems—with a focus on IBM Maximo. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions that strengthen asset management and enhance supply chain efficiency.
What your day would be like
+ Partner with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Maximo solutions that improve processes and decision-making.
+ Configure, customize, and maintain IBM Maximo to meet evolving organizational needs.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and business continuity.
+ Lead upgrades, patches, and maintenance to keep Maximo secure and optimized.
+ Provide training and support to empower users across the enterprise.
+ Collaborate on integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
+ Support the Maximo DevOps pipeline and maintain clear documentation for sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Maximo Asset Management and Maximo for Transportation.
+ Maximo Supply Chain expertise to strengthen procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
+ IBM Maximo Certification.
+ Familiarity with industry best practices in asset management and enterprise IT.
Minimum Requirements
IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst, Senior (Enterprise Asset Management)
+ Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
+ PLUS seven (7) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
+ Requires advanced in-depth level of technical knowledge within a job area and working knowledge of other technical areas
Major Accountabilities
1) Plans and manages implementation and integration of new technologies
2) Researches and suggests new technologies to improve application performance
3) Provides technical expertise in developing architectural frameworks
4) Provides architectural support for application development, enhancement configuration, and migration
5) Maintains documentation for system architecture for reference purposes
6) Designs and develops new integrations as required
7) Serves as a recognized engineering expert and defines solution requirements based on industry trends and new technologies
8) Identifies, creates and tests prototypes and innovative systems related to solution engineering through internal knowledge, experience, and market insights

Home Based: Home based employees primarily work from their home offices and come into an APS facility on an as-needed basis.
*Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees).
*Working from a home office requires adequate technology and an appropriate ergonomic set up.
